<팬클럽 가입 시 주의 사항>

1.     반드시 본인 명의로 가입해 주셔야 합니다.

     본인 명의가 아닌 타인 명의로 가입할 경우 팬클럽 관련 혜택에 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.

2.     팬클럽 E-mail 주소를 정확히 입력부탁드립니다. (권장 gmail)

3.     팬클럽 모집 기간 내에는 취소 및 환불이 가능하나, 모집 마감 후에는 환불이 불가합니다.

4.     팬클럽 혜택은 팬클럽 가입자에게만 제공되는 혜택이므로 타인 양도 및 판매 불가

5.     결제 및 입금 완료 후 예매 내역을 꼭 보관해 주시기 바랍니다.

6.     2022년 헤네치아 활동 기간이 끝나기 전 현중 닷컴을 탈퇴할 경우, 혜택 제공 및 환불 불가합니다.

7.     팬클럽 가입 시 기재한 정보는 팬클럽 회원 관리에 사용 후 활동 기간이 종료 후 자동폐기됩니다.

8.     마이페이지의 회원 정보를 정확하게 입력해 주시길 바랍니다.

9.     팬클럽 관련 CS는 help.henecia@gmail.com를 제외한 email은 서비스관련 문의하실 수 없습니다.

9.  Unreleased photo and video content provided for fan club members only

10. Phone, Tablet, PC, notebook wallpapers (4 times a year)

11. Given priority to participate in various fan-inclusive events and ceremonies

<Precautions when joining the fan club>

1.     You must register under your official name.

If you do not sign up with your own, but someone else’s, there may be disadvantages in fan club related benefits

2.     Please enter the exact e-mail address when registering to the fan club (Gmail is recommended)

3.     Cancellation and refunds are possible within the recruitment period, but refunds are unviable after the recruitment deadline.

4.     Fan club benefits are only provided to fan club subscribers, thus cannot be passed onto, or sold to others.

5.     Please keep the registration details after payment or deposit has been completed.

6.     If you withdraw your account on hyun-joong.com before the end of the running period of HENECIA 2022, you will not be eligible to for benefits or refunds.

7.     The personal information provided when joining the fan club will be used to manage members and will automatically be discarded after the end of the running period.
