＊ You must collect your ticket and wait according to your assigned number before the designated entry time in order to enter.
＊ If you arrive after your assigned group has begun entering, your original entry number will become invalid and you may be reassigned a later number depending on on-site circumstances.
＊ On-site ticket purchasers will enter as the final group after all online pre-sale ticket holders have entered.

＊ There is no cloakroom or luggage storage service available inside the venue. Large luggage items may be restricted from entry, so please plan accordingly.
＊ As the area around the venue is expected to be crowded, the use of public transportation is strongly recommended. If you are driving, please use a public parking facility.

2. 2026年6月9日以降にご予約された方につきましては、ご予約日の翌日午後5時（KST）に入場グループおよび整理番号を順次送信いたします。

3. 公演当日は、ご予約時に使用されたhyun-joong.comアカウントのメールアドレスおよび、そのメールアドレスに送信された入場グループ・整理番号情報をもとに予約確認を行います。
* スムーズなご入場のため、事前に受信したメールをご提示いただけますようお願いいたします。

＊ グループ入場終了後に当日販売を再開し、公演開始30分後に当日販売を終了いたします。
＊ 公演開始時間（13日18:00、14日17:00）以降にご到着された場合は、オープニング曲終了後のご入場となります。
＊ 必ずお時間に余裕を持ってご来場いただきますようお願いいたします。

＊ 公演中に退場された場合、再入場はできません。
＊ ご来場者の安全のため、エリアごとに順次退場を行います。

💚 会場に関する注意事項
＊ 会場が非常に狭いため、本公演ではすべての回においてプレゼントおよび祝い花の受け取りは行いません。
＊ 水を除く飲食物および危険物（自撮り棒・三脚・レーザーポインター・花火類など）の持ち込みは禁止されています。
＊ 会場内にはクロークや荷物預かり所はございません。大型のお荷物は持ち込みを制限させていただく場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
＊ 会場周辺は混雑が予想されるため、公共交通機関のご利用をおすすめいたします。お車でお越しの場合は公共駐車場をご利用ください。

＊ Este concierto es completamente de pie (standing). Solo podrán ingresar las personas que posean una entrada válida, una por persona.
＊ Los números de ingreso y la entrada se asignarán según el orden de compra de las entradas.
＊ Para poder ingresar, deberá retirar su entrada y esperar de acuerdo con su número asignado antes del horario de ingreso indicado.
＊ Si llega después de que haya comenzado el ingreso de su grupo, su número originalmente asignado quedará invalidado y podrá ser reasignado a un número posterior según las condiciones del lugar.
＊ Los compradores de entradas en el lugar ingresarán como el último grupo, después de que hayan ingresado todos los asistentes con entradas adquiridas previamente en línea.

1. El 9 de junio de 2026 a las 17:00 (KST), el grupo de ingreso y el número de fila serán enviados individualmente al ID (correo electrónico) registrado al crear su cuenta en hyun-joong.com.

(* Si compró dos entradas, la información de ambas aparecerá en el correo electrónico. Por favor, asegúrese de verificar el grupo y el número de fila asignados a cada entrada.)
2. Para las reservas realizadas después del 9 de junio de 2026, el grupo de ingreso y el número de fila se enviarán de forma secuencial a las 17:00 (KST) del día siguiente a la fecha de reserva.
* Fecha límite para el envío final: 12 de junio de 2026 a las 17:00 (KST)
3. El día del concierto, la verificación de la reserva se realizará utilizando la dirección de correo electrónico de la cuenta de hyun-joong.com utilizada para la compra y la información del grupo de ingreso y número de fila enviada a dicho correo electrónico.
* Para facilitar un ingreso fluido al recinto, le rogamos que tenga preparado el correo electrónico recibido y lo presente al personal.

Llegadas tardías y venta en el lugar del evento
＊ La venta en el lugar se reanudará una vez finalizado el ingreso por grupos y finalizará 30 minutos después del inicio del concierto.
＊ Si llega después del inicio del concierto (13 de junio a las 18:00, 14 de junio a las 17:00), solo podrá ingresar una vez finalizada la canción de apertura.
＊ Por favor, asegúrese de llegar a tiempo para el ingreso.
💚 Información Importante sobre la Salida del Recinto
＊ No se permitirá el reingreso si abandona el recinto durante el concierto.
＊ Por la seguridad de los asistentes, la salida se realizará de manera escalonada por zonas.
＊ Se tiene previsto entregar el póster de beneficio al momento de la salida.
💚 Información Importante sobre el Recinto del Concierto
＊ Debido al espacio limitado del recinto, no se aceptarán regalos ni arreglos florales para ninguna de las funciones.
＊ Está prohibido ingresar alimentos y bebidas (excepto agua), así como objetos peligrosos (palos para selfies, trípodes, láseres, fuegos artificiales, etc.).
＊ El recinto no dispone de guardarropa ni servicio de consigna. El ingreso de equipaje voluminoso puede estar restringido, por lo que le recomendamos tenerlo en cuenta antes de asistir.
＊ Debido a la congestión prevista en los alrededores del recinto, se recomienda utilizar el transporte público. Si viene en vehículo particular, por favor utilice un estacionamiento público.
＊ Si experimenta alguna incomodidad o se produce una emergencia durante el concierto, informe inmediatamente al miembro del personal más cercano.
