■상품 구입에 관해

 공연 전 시간대는 혼잡이 예상되오니 이용객들은 미리 시간 여유를 갖고 오실 수 있도록 협조 부탁드립니다.

 당일 날씨와 기온을 고려한 대책을 하신 후 줄을 서 주시기 바랍니다.

 줄을 서실 때, 자리 맡아두기와 대기 줄 일행 합류 등은 삼가시길 바랍니다.

 불량 이외의 반품 교환은 불가합니다. 구입하신 제품의 종류, 사이즈, 수량은 반드시 판매 창구에서 확인하신 후, 구입하시기를 바랍니다.

 일단 판매 창구를 떠나신 후의 상품, 수량의 차이, 금전수수의 차이 등의 문의는 대응하기 어려우므로 미리 양해바랍니다.

 불량품의 경우 '구매 당일 공연장'에서만 교환이 가능합니다. 구매 당일 공식 MD 판매 부스로 문의 바랍니다.

 대응 시간 : 라이브 공연기간 내 굿즈 판매 시간, 상품 판매 시간 이후에는 대응이 어렵기 때문에 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.

 공연 당일의 판매 수량은 한정되어 있습니다. 미리 양해 부탁 드립니다.

 공연 당일 상품에 따라 부득이하게 급하게 공지 없이 구매 제한을 변경할 수 있습니다.

 구매 부스에 쇼핑백은 준비되어 있지 않으므로, 고객님께서 직접 준비해 주시도록 부탁드립니다.

굿즈 판매 대기열에는 굿즈를 구매하시는 고객만 줄을 서 주시기를 바랍니다.

일행이 계신 분은 물건 판매 구역 밖 등에서의 약속을 부탁드립니다.

결제 시에는 한 명씩 가능합니다. 일행과도 별도의 계산으로 구매 부탁드립니다.

공연 종료 후에도 상품 판매를 실시할 예정입니다만, 공연 당일의 판매 수가 한정되어 있으므로, 상품이 매진된 경우는, 그 시점에서 판매 종료됩니다.

※ When paying in cash, please cooperate by using small denominations such as 1000 yen, 5000 yen, etc.

■ About Purchasing Products:

   Expect congestion before the performance, so please come with some extra time.

   Please consider measures for the weather and temperature on the day and while waiting in line.

   Avoid saving spots or joining the line with companions when queuing.

   Returns and exchanges other than defective items are not allowed. Please confirm the type, size, and quantity of the product at the sales counter before purchasing.

   Inquiries regarding discrepancies in products, quantities, or monetary transactions after leaving the sales counter may be difficult to address, so please understand in advance.

   Only defective items can be exchanged at the "day of purchase venue." Please inquire at the official MD sales booth on the day of purchase.

Sales will continue after the performance ends, but it is limited to the number of products available on the day. If the products are sold out, sales will end at that point.

    不良品以外の返品・交換は致しかねます。ご購入品の種類・サイズ・数量は必ず売り場窓口でご確認の上、お買い求めください。

    一旦、販売窓口を離れられた後の商品、数量の違い、金銭授受差異等のお問合せには対応いたしかねますので予めご了承ください。

終演後もグッズ販売を行う予定ですが、公演当日の販売数には限りがございますので、商品が完売となった場合は、その時点で販売終了とさせて頂きます。
