'2023 キム・ヒョンジュン公式ファンクラブHENECIA' 会員のみ予約可能です。

선예매 전 반드시 팬클럽 인증을 진행해 주시기 바라며, 인증을 하지 않은 경우 팬클럽 선예매가 불가능합니다.

Please be sure to proceed with fan club certification before pre-sale, and fan club pre-sale is not possible without certification.

先行予約の前に、必ずファンクラブ認証を行ってください。認証がない場合、ファンクラブ先行予約ができません。

[팬클럽 인증 방법 / Fan club authentication method /ファンクラブ認証方法]

티켓사의 회원가입 및 본인의 ID 로그인 후 예매 페이지 내에서 ‘팬클럽/멤버쉽 인증’을 클릭해주세요.

After registering as a Ticket site member and logging in with your ID, click Fan Club/Membership Verification' on the reservation page.

チケットサイトの会員登録および本人のIDでログイン後、予約ページ内の'ファンクラブ/メンバーシップ認証'をクリックしてください。

인증 팝업창에서 ‘2023 김현중 공식 팬클럽 헤네치아’ 현중닷컴 내의 본인의 아이디(=이메일)과 생년월일을 입력해주세요.

In the authentication pop-up window, '2023 KIM HYUN JOONG OFFICIAL FANCLUB HENECIA' subscribers can authenticate with their date of birth and fan ID(=Email) on hyun-joong.com.

認証ポップアップウィンドウにて '2023 キム・ヒョンジュン公式ファンクラブHENECIA' hyunjoong.comのID(=メールアドレス)と生年月日をご入力ください。

영문의 경우 대소문자 및 띄어쓰기를 정확히 구분하여 입력해주세요.

in the case of English, please enter capital and small letters and spaces correctly.

ローマ字の場合、大文字や小文字、スペースなど正確に区分しご入力ください。

인증 오류 시, 티켓 고객센터로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

[선예매 유의사항 / Pre-order notice / 先行予約の注意事項]

팬클럽 선예매 인증은 티켓 ID 한 개당 한 번만 가능합니다.

Fan club pre-sale certification is only possible once per ticket ID.

ファンクラブ先行予約の認証は、チケットサイトのIDひとつにつき1回のみ可能です。

인증 완료 이후 다른 아이디로 변경 불가하며, 재인증이 불가합니다.

After authentication is completed, it cannot be changed to another ID, and re-authentication is not possible.

認証完了後、他のIDへの変更や再認証はできません。

팬클럽 선예매는 1인 4매까지 가능합니다.

Fan club pre-sale is limited to 4 tickets per person.

ファンクラブ先行予約は１人4枚まで予約できます。

공연 당일 티켓 수령 시 본인 확인이 진행되며, 반드시 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 예매하시기 바랍니다.

Upon receipt of tickets on the day of the performance, identity verification will be conducted, so please make sure to purchase with the ID of the person who will actually watch the show.

公演当日チケット受け取りの際、本人確認が行われるため、必ず実際に観覧される方のIDでご予約ください。

[티켓 수령 방식/TICKET RECEIVING METHOD/チケット受取方法]

별도의 실물 티켓이 제공되지 않으며, MyMusicTaste 계정을 등록하는 데 사용된 이메일 주소로 주문 확인 이메일이 발송됩니다. 주문 확인 이메일을 받지 못한 경우 헬프센터에 방문하여 도움을 받으시면 됩니다.

A separate physical ticket is not available, and an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to register your MyMusicTaste account. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, you can visit the Help Center for assistance.

別途、紙チケットは提供されず、MyMusicTasteのアカウントに登録されているメールアドレスに注文確認メールが送信されます。注文確認メールが届かない場合は、ヘルプセンターにお問い合わせください。

[환불 정책/A REFUND POLICY/返金ポリシー]

결제 완료시 환불 및 주문 변경은 불가합니다. 결제를 완료하시기 전에 주문하시고자 하는 내역을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
